We are looking for **WAREHOUSE MANAGER **for our distribution centre in our Surrey, BC. With 4 branches across Canada, this position offers a great opportunity to showcase your skills and passion when it comes to warehousing.

Some of the duties include:

- Effectively motivate, inspire and lead by example on best practices in all aspects of warehousing.
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
- Ensure efficient space utilization
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
- Plan work rotations, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
- Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
