As our Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations that keep our branches and job sites fully equipped and ready to perform. From managing fleet readiness and equipment maintenance to optimizing inventory and logistics, you'll keep our restoration projects moving smoothly and ensure our warehouse operates safely, efficiently, and with excellence at every level.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE MANAGERAs a Warehouse Manager, you are the driving force behind a safe, organized, and high-performing warehouse. You'll manage inventories, monitor fleet maintenance, and track assets across the branch to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll coordinate the flow of materials and equipment, maintain Lean 5S standards, and ensure every order is filled accurately and on time. You'll also handle purchasing, logistics, and reporting, keeping leadership informed while continuously finding ways to improve processes. Each day, your leadership and attention to detail will make a measurable impact on our operations and client success.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in restoration, emergency response, or a related warehouse or logistics fieldStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and fleet coordinationProven experience developing and maintaining warehouse standards, including Lean 5S practicesAdvanced understanding of restoration materials, equipment, and consumablesMechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and train others on equipment useExcellent communication, and organizational skills with the ability to motivate teamsProactive, motivated, and driven to take initiativeProficiency with Microsoft Office, mobile applications, and inventory tracking systemsForklift or power-truck certification an assetIICRC certifications such as WRT, FSRT, and OCT considered assetsValid driver's license and clean driving abstractMay be required to support emergency response efforts during large-loss events   Able to wear a respirator, safety footwear, hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, coveralls, and other personal protective equipment for extended periods of time Who We AreAt First Onsite, the work you do every day makes a real impact.
