**What You’ll Do**

In this position, the Operations & Sales Specialist will be exposed to a wide variety of operations elements. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will support two internal teams: operations and sales. This is a role where you get to directly contribute to process improvements associated with critical elements of the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales cycle - create contracts, statements of work and manage automated flows.
- Support client onboarding - from the backend (non-client facing), help ensure the client onboarding process is executed, problem solve and provide support.
- Support internal HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, engagement and offboarding activities.
- Contribute to and support operational process improvement and standardization projects.

- A strong communicator with a positive attitude.
- A quick learner and tech savvy: analytic skills are a major plus.
- Organized, good at balancing multiple responsibilities and has a soft spot for well-running processes.
- Interested in B2B operations and sales.
- Solution-oriented and happy to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Seeking a solid work-life balance.
