Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and external parties
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and policy updates
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support HR reporting and decision-making
- Provide guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, ADP, iCIMS or similar platforms
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Knowledge of recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws

**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
