**A typical day in this role will involve**:

- Maintaining excellent customer service
- Processing all Accounts Receivable cash receipts
- Reconciling client remittances
- Ensuring accounts are accurate and up to date
- Inputting sales data
- Cash/Credit reconciliation
- Preparing/sending out invoices and statements
- Posting of sales for various locations
- Accounts Payables
- Inventory control
- Occasional reception relief

**Your skills and qualifications will include**:

- Recognize the importance of establishing relationships with customers, providing a great customer experience
- Have strong computer skills
- Prior Accounts Receivables/Payables experience
- Proficient with Business Central/Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with Business Vision/Spire Software
- Must be professional and personable
- A team player with a positive “can do” attitude
- Have a great work ethic and eager to learn new things
- Good communication skills and willingness to help other team members
- Must have reliable transportation

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nisku, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounts receivable: 1 year (required)
- Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)
