Nisku, Canada Red-L Distributors Ltd. Full time

This position is a mix of both Accounts Receivable (80%) and Accounts Payable (20%). The duties include:
**ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE**:

- Collections
- Analyze customer accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy in billing
- Setting up new customers
- Maintaining existing customer accounts
- Preparing bank deposits
- Responding to customer inquires
- Upload invoices into various customer portals

**ACCOUNTS PAYABLE**:

- Responding to vendor inquiries
- Assisting in the maintaining of our Accounts Payable Software

**MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES**:

- Answer phones
- Prepare outgoing mail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38,629.00-$50,000.00 per year
