**About the job**:
The Site Administrator will provide service-related scheduling and support functions to the Service Department, Managers, Department Managers as required by the Service and Sales Departments. They will strive to provide the best professional, high-level, and customer service for our customers.

**About You**:
The ideal person will have 2 - 5 years experience in a customer service support role, have a certificate, diploma or equivalent experience in the related field. You must be proficient in computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and computer databases, Netsuite, have strong verbal communications and interpersonal skills, strong organization and time management skills and the ability to grasp new techniques and deal with rapid changing events.

- Valid Alberta Class 5 Operator’s License or equivalent (recent 5-year Driver’s Abstract will be required upon hire as a condition of employment)
- If required, the ability to pass a pre-access drug and alcohol test and maintain the ability to pass subsequent pre-access testing for site access.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with clients and team members
- Customer service focus with excellent customer service skills

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- **Customer Facing**_
- First point of contact for customers at the front service counter providing information on and answering inquiries about products, accounts, and services
- Work with customers to gather information in order to provide quality and on-time service
- Take service inquiry calls from customers or clients.
- Refer complaints of service or product failure or errors to Service Manager and aid in the investigation and correction service-related errors
- Handle and resolve customer issues or complaints, escalating to the Service Manager when required
- Working closely with technical staff to assist with day-to day operations
- Handling repair requests, radio swap out and managing customer owned equipment
- EMS tracking; Site owned radios as well as tracking all incoming and outgoing Rentals
- Process rental return requests
- Assist with Turn Around Activities
- Monthly Reporting

- Effectively coordinate work processes with other internal departments of the organization
- Assist in tracking and confirmation of field data for programming, installations, in addition to maintaining a service log per customer via Netsuite
- Communicate solutions, successes, and opportunities to the Service Manager
- When required for more complex service-related situations, interact with customers, Work directly with all technicians and on the execution of service work
- Participate in planning, staging, training, and rollout of major projects
- Working closely with technical staff to assist with day-to-day operations.

- Help manage on site stock levels
- Work closely with Account Manager on TA requirements

We have been supplying wireless communication products and services to Alberta industry since 1981. We operate seven service shops in Fort McMurray, Edmonton, Edson, Hinton, Calgary, Saskatoon & Terrace British Columbia.

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
