Position Summary:
Tacten is currently recruiting a Site Administrator. If you are seeking a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you. This is a Fly in/Fly out position from Alberta Hubs only.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily review of timesheets & sign ins
- Daily LEM preparation and submission
- Weekly time entry review
- Resolve pay issues or errors with site employees, escalate as necessary
- Camp and flight bookings as required
- Maintain schedule
- Site access submissions and reactivations
- Onboarding new employees in client platforms (CIRYS, CNSOP, MAXIMO)
- Vehicle and visitor passes
- Electronic filing of all admin documents

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years site experience in related industry
- Intermediate MS Office - Outlook, Teams and Excel
- Travel/camp booking experience
- Working knowledge of other client computer systems are considered an asset
- Business or Office Administration Certificate/Diploma/Degree an asset
- Data entry skills
- Time management, deadline oriented
- Able to work independently, with mínimal supervision
- Adaptable to a fast changing environment
