We are currently recruiting for a **Site Administrator** for our **DOW, Fort Saskatchewan** site. Reporting to the Site Manager, the Site Administrator is responsible for coordinating all activities relating to payroll entry, tag management, record keeping, and billing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the team to prioritize daily tasks and meet deadlines related to payroll, tag management and billing;
- Compile and input large volumes of data, complete multiple checksand balances to confirm accuracy;
- Payroll duties including verifying daily timesheets, time entry, balancing and reconciliation, processing new hires, and termination forms;
- Balance hours with customer on a daily basis;
- Update scaffold logs, productivity logs and track equipment movements;
- Create and update scaffold and insulation tags in databases;
- Verify Purchase Orders and Work Orders;
- Billing for multiple customers based on contract frequency and requirements;
- Monitor billing status, track when invoices are uploaded, approved,and paid;
- Create, maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot various excel workbooks;
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries;
- Provide reports to supervisors/customers as required;
- Provide support for all site supervisors;
- Create and maintain accurate onsite electronic and paper files;
- Provide all other general administrative and clerical support including filing, scanning, and copying

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education and/or 2 years of related experience;
- Experience in an industrial setting is considered an asset;
- Health & Safety training is considered an asset;
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- High level of speed and accuracy with data entry;
- Strong time management and organization skills to meet various competing deadlines;
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions (i.e. written, oral, diagram, or schedule form);
- Ability to self-motivate;
- Ability to work within a team and build a positive team environment;
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced, ever-changing work environment with competing demands;
- Ability to display sound and accurate judgement, with the ability to resolve problems in a timely manner
