WQS Industrial Services is looking to add Site Administrators to support the Site Operations team for the upcoming Spring Turnarounds in the region. We are looking for Administrators that are driven, organization and can be a positive addition to the team.

This position will report to various sites on a 6 days on, 1 day off schedule for 12 hour days (1/2 hour unpaid lunch). While this position is a temporary contract, there may be an opportunity for an extension.

**Hourly Rate**:$33.00 - $38.00/hour

**What You Will Do**:

- Complete and submit LEM (Labour, Equipment, Materials) reports in a timely manner.
- Review timesheets and swipe report for accuracy.
- Assist Payroll and Onboarding departments as required from a site level. In turn, providing support to field staff with inquiries related to payroll and onboarding.
- Complete purchase requisitions, as well as following through with ordering of materials and office supplies.
- Complete filing at the site level in a cloud filing system.
- Assist with booking travel and accommodations.
- Other administrative duties as require.

**What you will bring**:

- **Experience in Office Administration, Administrative experience at an Oil Sands site is considered ideal.**:

- **Ability to comply with the Canadian Model for Providing a Safe Workplace which include alcohol and drug testing.**:

- **Valid driver's license with a 3-year driver abstract.**:

- Strong work ethic, positive attitude.
- Intermediate computer skills; capable of using Excel, Word, PDF and Outlook proficiently. SharePoint experience is considered a bonus.
- Solid verbal and written communication in English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: $33.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 72 per week

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
