**Skills**

- Experience in group homes, assisted living, or nursing homes is highly desirable.
- Strong patient observation skills for monitoring health changes effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for patient assistance.
- Knowledge of Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, memory care, and working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is beneficial.
- Proficiency in cooking and meal preparation tailored to client needs.
- Experience in direct support roles within home health or hospice care settings is an asset.
