Calgary, Canada Adokam Home Care Services Inc Full time

This position is 5.5 hours a day, monday - Sunday with split shifts.

shift times are 8am - 10am, 1pm - 2:30pm, and 6-8pm.

this position is great for caregivers who live close to or in Tuscany and have their own vehicle.

Responsibilities - Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and toileting - Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to individuals under care
- Communicate effectively with client and client’s family members, in punjabi or hindi

# Skills - Experience in home care, patient care, or caregiving is preferred - Knowledge of assisted living or nursing home procedures is a plus - Ability to lift and move patients safely when required - Familiarity with medication administration protocols is beneficial
- Must be available available weekdays and weekends
- Fluent in Hindi/Punjabi
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and their families - Understanding of hospice care principles is advantageous Join our team and make a difference in the lives of those in need

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB T3L 3A1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
