Private Pediatric Home Care

**Full-time health care aid for pediatric home care**
- Tracheostomy and partially ventilated client - **training will be provided**
- You will be working alongside a full time LPN

**Shifts Available**

**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK**:Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm.

**Wage $25-26 per hour (based on experience)**

**License or Certifications**:

- English language proficiency
- LPN or HCA License
- LPN or Health Care Aid Certification License (nursing experience from any country would be a benefit)
- Up to date CPR - BLS provider or Standard First Aid with Level C CPR
- Criminal Record check with a Vulnerable Sector search (Within the last 3 months)
- Nursing experience in other countries would be an asset
- An backround in early childhood edcuaction is a requirement

**Duties**

Helping child with online learning (logging into google classroom as well as assiting with school asignment completion - scribing, etc).

Personal care: bathing, dressing, feeding, toilet training, client laundry, exercises (range of motion, standing frame, tummy time, sitting), light cleaning and vacuuming.

Moving client from commode, bed, and exercise equipment (lifting)

Client needs: g-tube fed, tracheostomy and part-time ventilation, medications, AFO’s

Accompanying Client and Family to medical appointments, preschool, and outings to zoo, park, mall, etc/
