**What you will do in this role**:

- Managing SMS accounts using Yotpo

**And your qualifications include**
- Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience in a client service role at a performance marketing agency, retail/e-commerce company, or a management consulting firm.
- Prior knowledge of Klaviyo an asset
- In depth understanding of direct-response marketing
- Highly organized, adaptable and capable of balancing multiple projects and prioritizing workload
- Strong knowledge of CAN-SPAM regulations
- Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to quickly identify trends and engagement opportunities
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Collaborative mindset takes the initiative and can make data-driven decisions
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications or a relevant field
