**About Us**:
**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Currently residing in the Lower Mainland.
- Able to work full-time and onsite in our Port Coquitlam office.
- Experience as a project coordinator for a restoration company or a general construction company.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.

**Skills and Attributes Required**:

- Experience in working with small to medium general construction projects.
- Have a min. 1 year experience in the construction industry as a Project Coordinator with experience in all areas of construction in B.C.
- Can read and interpret scopes of work, drawings, schedules and specifications.
- Be a proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills.
- Can communicate and collaborate well with all levels of our business.
- Is adaptable to change, can manage multiple jobs and a variety of work.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Outlook and Excel.
- Have an aptitude for numeracy and accuracy.
- Ability to learn new programs, as well as our office methodology and associated tools.
- Xactimate and Encircle experience an asset.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven history and experience in this field of work.
- Valid BC driver’s license with a solid driver’s abstract.
- Clean criminal record as per industry standard.

**Job Types**:

- Full-time, Permanent
- Pay range: $25 - $30 hourly
