- You have the ability to effectively & professionally communicate, whether written or verbally in both English and French
- You have excellent customer service skills and able to work within a team
- You have excellent organization skills
- You have strong problem solving skills
- You have experience in using Excel, Outlook and Word
- You have the ability to multitask and work well in a fast paced environment while under pressure
