**Business Development Representative**

Unity Connected Solutions is a full-service Communications Company providing consulting, design, implementation, and support for best of breed communications solutions. **_Duties and Responsibilities: _**
- Conduct research to identify potential leads.
- Understand how to identify decision makers within potential targets.
- Ability to understand customers' needs and translate into a sales opportunity.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information.
- Regularly work with sales team members to ensure timely follow-up on leads.

**_Top Qualities: _**
- Strong communication and people skills. Must be able to build instant rapport with prospects.
- A good listener who can understand customer problems and relate to a related service offering.
- Goal driven.

**_Skills & Expertise_**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Strong listener.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Ability to work individually, as well as collaborating with the sales team.

**Salary**: $31,258.01-$40,000.00 per year
