Data Operations Analyst

The Marketplace Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring Walmart Canada Marketplace sellers fulfill our customer promise. This role involves establishing business relationships with sellers, monitoring their performance against key KPIs, and influencing them to provide the best customer experience on Walmart.ca. You will coordinate seller operations reviews with the Marketplace Key Account Management team and work with the Walmart.ca technology team to escalate operational issues hindering sellers. You will serve as an escalation point and partner to the customer service team, leveraging your seller relationships to ensure excellent customer experiences. Additionally, you will represent Marketplace operations in eCommerce projects, acting as a subject matter expert and collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and communicate seller efforts. All project developments aim to improve customer satisfaction and trust.
