- Posting AR and AP
- Reconciliation of AP before posting
- Sending invoices to customers
- Booking shipments
- Answering phone calls
- Placing purchase orders
- Dealing with vendor inquiries
- Payroll
- Communication of new orders with production
- Assisting with administrative work in the office
- Maybe asked my superiors to help with other tasks

**Work Experience**:

- No work experience needed there will be training on site
- Beneficial to have 2 years in administration role

**Skills**:

- Basic skills of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Quickbooks
- Customer service skills
- English reading and writing

**Education**:

- College or University Degree / Diploma in Accounting
