**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Shipment Coordination**: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with Air, Ocean, and Road Freight carriers. Ensure all logistics are organized and prepare the required documentation for each shipment.
- **Tracking Shipments**: Monitor and track the status of shipments, including deliveries and any changes, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain organization within the warehouse and control inventory, conducting regular counts and addressing any discrepancies in the inventory records.
- **Shipment Preparation**: Prepare materials for packing and unpacking related to project installations, internal transfers, and distribution.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, when necessary. Forklift certification training will be provided if needed.
- **Maintenance Monitoring**: Oversee the proper maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- **System Updates**: Regularly update internal systems with accurate client and vendor data.
- **Shipment Verification**: Verify shipment accuracy by cross-checking shipment requirements before and after dispatch or receipt to ensure correctness.
- **General Warehouse Tasks**: Assist with other inventory and warehouse-related duties as required.
- **Front Desk Support**: Assist with front desk tasks, such as helping walk-in guests, answering their questions, and managing cheque deposits.
- **Installation Coordination**: Collaborate with the installation team to resolve any on-site issues for Calgary projects and assist in providing timelines to customers.
- **Weekend Availability**: On occasion, you may be required to work on the weekend (with compensation)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to work independently and stay on top of tasks without constant supervision.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Comfort with using and operating warehouse equipment (training available for forklift certification if needed).
- Ability to handle occasional weekend work with proper compensation.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is a plus, as the role involves working with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary of $39,000.00 to $43,000.00
- Eligible for a year-end bonus, the bonus amount will be determined based on both company performance and your individual contributions, as outlined by company objectives.

Pay: $39,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
