The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for working with the entire Carbon Controls team to ensure timely processing of all incoming and outgoing Shipments. hey should have good communication and organization skills and be able to multitask.

**Duties**
- Pack and unpack materials
- Maintain quality control of goods by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare and ship all Outgoing orders
- Schedule Shipments
- Prepare and/or sign off on shipping documents
- Report any damaged stock or equipment to superiors
- Maintain Shipping and Receiving paperwork in an organized manner
- Prepare and ensure all Dangerous Goods documentation is handled correctly
- Work directly with Carbon Controls team to achieve customer-oriented goals

**Qualifications**
- Previous warehouse experiences an asset
- Fork lift operator
- Ability to lift and move boxes and equipment as required.
- Self-motivated and able prioritize
- Outgoing, can multi-task and organized
- Good computer skills, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook

Carbon Controls is a private Calgary based company that sells and services Motor Controls Solutions (VFDs, MCC), Safety (Fire/Gas Detectors) and Flow/Level Instrumentation equipment to the Oil & Gas Industry, Municipal Water/Waterwater Plants, Pulp/Paper Mills and Industrial Clients in Canada.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
