The role
We are currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Coordinator in our Calgary Warehouse to join our Supply Chain team. This position reports directly into Supervisor, Regional Supply Chain.

A typical day
- Coordinate and track Planning Project material builds
- Quality assurance on project builds and deployments
- Coordinate and assist with new product trials
- Assist with project material builds
- Coordinate project escalations
- Ensure effective and proactive procurement for all routine inventory purchases
- Ensure sufficient inventory levels meet optimal field staff demand
- Expedite orders to ensure materials are delivered on-time and cost effectively
- Invoicing
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures and process documentation
- Implement national best practices aligning with the Supply Chain Planning & Support
- Inventory management and forecasting of project related inventory
- Conduct inventory audits
- Liaise with cross functional departments to identify project needs and stock requirements
- Provide weekly and monthly department reports to Regional Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations
- Maintain cleanliness of workplace
- Ensure that workplace safety standards are emphasized and implemented
- Other duties as required

Your skills/experience
- Minimum Grade 12 completion or equivalent level of relevant work experience
- Minimum 2 years experience working in an inventory planning capacity
- Experience with procurement to pay process
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Understanding of warehousing operations and logistics
- Team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous Oracle experience would be an asset.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
