St. David's Cold Storage has been serving commercial clients across the Niagara region and all over Canada since 2008. St. David’s Cold Storage prides itself on superior service, safe handling practices, and a knowledgeable staff that understands the needs of the customer in a quality driven industry.

We are the only cold storage facility this side of Niagara. Our cold storage warehouse is a multi-temperature facility designed to accommodate multiple different cold storage needs.

We have an implemented HACCP Program that meets BRCGS Storage & Distribution Requirements with supportive programs in place to ensure product safety, throughout the storage and distribution process.

We are professional, fast-paced and demanding.

Our work environment includes:

Duties include using forklifts and RF scanners to provide customer order fulfillment and the movement of inventory throughout the warehouse.

Loading and unloading trucks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Physically move objects in a warehouse environment with forklifts and walk-behind lifts.
- Possess physical endurance.
- Be able to lift up to 60 lbs consistently.
- Use good judgment and follow instructions given by superiors.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers.
- Be able to work in a team oriented environment.
- Be able to multitask.

**We need you to have**:

- High school diploma
- Forklift license is a strong asset
- Drivers License
- Resume with work references
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)
