Duties

  • Greet drivers, verifying appointment and paperwork, assigning a door accordingly
  • Tracking time in and time out for all appointments
  • Creating BOL's and appointment sheets
  • Receive incoming shipments using RF scanners into WMS as per customer requirements and printing receiving reports
  • Reviewing paperwork to confirm accuracy
  • Emailing paperwork to customers
  • Printing LPN's
  • Completion of SQF pre and post op records
  • Adherence to safety protocols, sanitation procedures and facility maintenance

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong time-management skills, and ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Prior warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution operations
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners is desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
