**Our expectations**
We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to assist a Vice-President of the organization. The person sought will have good business acumen; will be proactive, discreet and have exceptional interpersonal skills. Are you looking for a new challenge? We would like to meet you.
**Your role**
- Plan trips and travels, and complete the expenses account;
- See to the coordination, preparation and invitations to meetings; prepare documents and communicate with stakeholders to coordinate the agenda, details and requests (including IT requests if necessary);
- Support in the management of specific files for which the person will be responsible for ensuring the success of the project execution, of the teams and follow-ups with them.
- Sees to the planning of events;
- Attends meetings, writes reports and summarizes various documents builds certain reports;
- Builds solid relationships with the management team in the United-States and different sites of the organization;
- Performs all regular administrative tasks; timesheets, purchase order approvals, copies, mail and other related tasks;
- Works closely with the members of the management comittee and their respective assistants.

- A great sens of autonomy
- A great ability to work under pressure
- Have a good command of software such as : One note, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook; and ability to learn new things;
