Shipping Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
Employee will be responsible for administering the shipping/receiving office
Shipping Duties include:
- Organize pick slips and distribute orders to pickers, and track orders
- Ensure all pick slips are printed
- Check orders for picking accuracy before they are loaded into trucks
- Print packing slips for P/U customers
- Pallet tracking
- Write delivery appointments on white board
- Continual communication with purchasing and customer service on different issues
- Create delivery schedule, ensure trucks are loaded, and prepared for delivery
- Pull samples and provide for sales staff when required
- Other administrative duties involved in maintaining shipping office
- Receiving Duties include:
- Coordinate receiving appointments
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in receiving shipments from suppliers
- Complete warehouse organizational tasks assigned by Mujtaba
- Complete inventory checks as requested
**Work experience requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service
**Education Requirements**:
- Secondary School / High School Diploma
- MS Office software (MS Outlook, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word)
- Understanding of warehouse environment

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
