**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain internal databases to drive reporting capabilities, including capacity forecasts, customer retention, implementation ROI, and productivity reporting
- Partner with Services leadership team to build standardized operational methodology and complete one-off analytical requests
- Own all modeling and annual planning including resource forecasting
- Define and improve internal processes such as time tracking
- Assist in the documentation and training of new processes
- Expert of our internal systems (Internal product database, Salesforce, GainSight, Tableau)
- Responsible for maintaining a clean database and implementing operational process to improve data entry and accuracy
- Work cross-functionally to drive change within Conexiom
- Directly manage analyst team members, prioritize team projects and continuously develop talent on the Services Operations team

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of data-driven, operational experience. Preferably in Business Operations or Revenue Operations functions
- Proven track record creating systems and processes that increase team productivity and business outcomes
- Experience with BI Systems (Tableau, PowerBI, Domo)
- Experience with R, Python, or SQL a plus
- Working knowledge of Gainsight, Salesforce, and SaaSOptics
- Exceptional data, analytics, and data modeling experience
- 1+ years of People Management experience
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
