Our other jobs include full house moves, smaller apartment/condo moves, and deliveries. **The role of the Operations Manager is to take charge of the Relocation Process by properly allocating personnel and resources to see successful completion of moves for our clients**. A successful relocation for both our clients and our company requires both intentional planning and implementation so that we can control our operational expenses as we deliver an industry-leading level of service. - The Operations Manager will work hand-in-hand with our front office management to prepare procedures and develop strategies to ensure that the shop, trucks, and crews are maintained to the Stallion Standard to set our team up for successful daily relocations. The Operation Manager plays the role of a middle man (communication link) between the crew/moving operations and the office management staff. Scheduling, Communication, Training, and positive Leadership are crucial for the role._ **We are currently looking to fill our open Operations Manager Role.** - _**Salary Based Pay at $23/hour with gradual performance based increases.**_ - _**THIS ROLE REQUIRES WEEKEND AVAILABILITY** (you will be required to keep tabs on working crews remotely and on occasion assist with the jobs)._ - _2 Weeks Paid Vacation per year_ - _**Moving Experience Essential**_ - _**Operations Experience Essential**_ - _Management Experience Required_ - _Benefits_ - _Staff Events_ - _Physical ability to assist with moving_ **Essential Skills & Work Involved**: - _Able to drive 20' trucks or willingness to learn_ - _Relatively Clean Driver Abstract with Full G License_ - _Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds_ - Create a great report with clients and moving staff - Great attitude and want to help people - "When the going gets tough attitude".
