**About B&J Global Inc.**

**B&J **is an E-Commerce warehousing & fulfillment company in GTA. With the new 50,000 sf warehouse's putting into use in Mississauga, the company is expanding Asia markets to provide their industry-leading cross-border warehousing and logistics solutions. Due to the fast growing of our business, we are looking for an Accounts Payable clerk with excellent career development opportunity to join our team and grow with us.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Accounts payable
- Match receiving paperwork, process invoices and generate weekly payments for key Major Vendor accounts----FedEx, UPS, USPS, Canada Post, etc..
- Maintain and administrate the activity of major vendor accounts ensuring that invoices are processed and paid when due.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and inquiries between vendor invoices, price lists, and/or the receiving documents.
- Ensure all open credits are applied before issuing vendor payments.
- Reconcile assigned vendor accounts on a timely basis.
- Other AP/AR and accounting duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Successful completion of a Post Secondary Certificate/Diploma (1 year or more) in Accounting or Business field.
- 1 years of related working experience ,preferred in logistics/transportation /carrier industries
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented with the strong ability to meet the deadline
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Able to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others
- Mandarin speaking is preferred

**Job Type**: Full-time
