**Objectives**:
Office administrator assistant coordinates activities and third party personnel to the company in a professional manner, reporting to the Office Manager.
**Education**: BA in Business administration or related fields.
**Skills**: Telephone skills, customer service, attention to detailsWord, Excel, Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
**Experience**: Experience in administrative role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Intake of new client’s files into system / database
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks
- Communication with the parties involved in clients' care (including legal reps, insurer adjusters, health care providers etc.)
- Following instructions from direct supervisor and periodic reporting of the tasks progress and completion and any difficulties. Complete required paperwork according to established rules and regulations
- Other administrative tasks as related to main responsibilities
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
