**ACCOUNTING AND OFFICE ADMINISTRATION**

**YOUR TASKS**

**Accounting & Controlling**
- A/R payment receiving, posting, Bank deposits, Collection
- A/P supplier setting up, Invoice coding, posting, Communication with suppliers
- Company visa reconciliation, Petty cash reconciliation, Expense analysis and controlling
- Vacation record keeping, Payroll timesheet preparing
- HR files maintaining, ensuring confidentiality, privacy and legal requirements are met
- Assisting interviews, screens, and recruiting for job openings
- Inventory purchasing, costing and receiving
- Office suppliers ordering

**Sales supporting & Marketing**
- Establishing annual marketing requirements and activities with the local sales department and co-ordinate the implementation of marketing activities together with head office in Germany
- Preparing briefings for marketing and POS materials, customer events and trade shows
- Formulating and executing social media strategy incl. content and postings together with head office in Germany
- Supporting the sales and marketing promotions/projects
- Assisting the sales team in preparing customer visits, Sending samples & spec sheets to customers
- Analysing and consolidation of sales data and activity reports, Preparation of sales forecasting, Price calculations

**Other tasks assigned by the management**

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Minimum three years relevant working experience
- Proficient with social media
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Multitask with strong attention to details and accuracy
- Ability to work within a team as well as with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of Syspro is an asset
- Bi-lingual French/English is an asset
