Dental Office Administrator

Come join our amazing team We are searching for a detail-oriented, experienced **Dental** **Office Receptionist** on a full-time basis. The Dental Office Receptionist will play a key role in executing the day to day administration and coordination of the dental office. The person we are looking for loves welcoming and interacting with patients and working behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure to ensure the office runs efficiently.

- Schedule patient appointments efficiently; optimize the time and schedules of the dental professional team by minimizing gaps between appointments
- Contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients and families that exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression
- Build patient relationship through ongoing dialogue and resolving any escalated patient issues promptly
- Input patient information (including insurance information) with high degree of confidentially, into the practice management software
- Responsible for the organization and co-ordination of office supplies, deliveries, etc.
**Here’s What You Will Bring**:
- **Minimum of 3 year experience as a dental office receptionist**:
- Experience in optimization of scheduling patient appointments
- Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Tracker experience preferred
