This is a start up opportunity and venture. You will not be paid but you will be provided equity share into the ventures that the group develops. Once the innovation gets funded into, there is an option to lead the management of the projects day to day and a salary will be agreed at that time

**Job Description**:

- front sales lead for the group to manage lending deals
- You have experience in putting customers first and listening to their needs and identify the right product for them
- You have talent to close sales deals
- You have a passion to meet people and promote your skill set to grow a customer base
- You Can manage complex issues and problems facing clients

Technical Skills
- Minimum is you required a valise broker certification so you can register for your licenses license
- Experience in customer experience and sales
- Working knowledge of the mortgage and real estate market

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- High school diploma

**Experience**:

- Customer Experience
- Sales 2 years

**Job Types**: Commission, Permanent

**Salary**: $61,751.00-$250,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
