**Overview**:
With a vision to redefine industry standards, we are on the hunt for experienced Mortgage Agents and Mortgage Brokers who have the ambition and desire to build and manage teams. **Responsibilities + Duties**:

- Supervise and assist new and experienced Mortgage Agents with vetting, converting,, underwriting, and closing deals.
- Engage and convert our exclusive leads with a strategic approach, backed by our systems, automation, and proven sales processes.
- As a potential team leader and manager, cultivate an environment of growth, mentorship, motivation, and unparalleled professionalism.
- Provide insight and feedback to management to continuously improve your experience and the customer experience
- Maintaining your FSRA Certified Mortgage Agent / Broker designation

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in the mortgage sector, ideally with funding volumes reflecting your expertise.
- Managerial experience in any past professional setting.
- Broker license is an added advantage.
- Adaptability to leverage technology for improved efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Experience in training and mentoring others in a professional setting
