Your expertise could help you excel as a Mortgage Agent Manager, Mortgage Office Manager, or a Team Leader, unlocking exponential growth and earning potential for your career.

**Responsibilities + Duties**

Supervise and assist new and experienced Mortgage Agents with vetting, converting,, underwriting, and closing deals.

Engage and convert our exclusive leads with a strategic approach, backed by our systems, automation, and proven sales processes.

As a potential team leader and manager, cultivate an environment of growth, mentorship, motivation, and unparalleled professionalism.

Provide insight and feedback to management to continuously improve your experience and the customer experience

Maintaining your FSRA Certified Mortgage Agent / Broker designation

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in the mortgage sector, ideally with funding volumes reflecting your expertise.
- Managerial experience in any past professional setting.
- Broker license is an added advantage.
- Adaptability to leverage technology for improved efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Experience in training and mentoring others in a professional setting

**Compensation**
- Attractive commission splits

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- mortgage brokering: 2 years (preferred)
- management: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- FSRA or BCFSA Mortgage Agent / Broker License (preferred)
