**What are we looking for?**

**Mortgage Agent Duties**:
- Assist clients in obtaining mortgage loans by evaluating their financial situation and providing suitable options
- Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and other professionals to ensure a smooth mortgage approval process
- Stay up-to-date with mortgage industry regulations and trends to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources to generate new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process, addressing any concerns or questions that arise
- Knowledge of mortgage products, programs, and guidelines is preferred but not required
