**The Opportunity**:
As a member of the Support Team, you will be responsible for reviewing and analysing incoming documents to ensure they are complete and compliant to the lender’s requirements.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Work in collaboration with the Mortgage Agent to closely manage pipelines, collect outstanding documentation needed to satisfy the requirements as stipulated in the commitment and close deals on a timely basis. Issue mortgage commitments with appropriate conditions and follow up with mortgage brokers for sign-back.
- Ensures due diligence has been completed prior to submitting any mortgage conditions or documents, where applicable
- Take the initiative to find solutions to client’s challenges, meeting their individual needs
- Remain mobile to be accessible and accommodate clients’ preferences
- Maintains positive relationships with external partners such as mortgage insurers, appraisers, title insurance companies, solicitors, real estate agents and all partners we work with
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company from time to time, without advance notice or other obligation.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

- Completed post-secondary education or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage or financial services industry.
- Ability to manage pressure in an environment of high-volume processing with tight turnaround times and deadlines.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, continuously evolving workplace.
- Ability to manage workflow to meet deadlines while providing optimal customer service, and completing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $44,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
