**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Appointment Scheduling**: Organize and schedule service appointments for medical equipment inspections, maintenance, and repairs based on customer requests and technologist availability.
- **Customer Coordination**: Liaise with customers to confirm appointment times, providing all necessary information regarding their service visits.
- **Technologist Communication**: Assign work orders to technologists, supply them with detailed job information, and ensure they complete service tasks on time.
- **Record Maintenance**: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of service schedules, including customer details, appointment specifics, and technologist assignments.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Track the progress of technologists and address any scheduling conflicts or delays as they occur.
- **Customer Support**: Handle customer inquiries and promptly resolve any scheduling-related issues in a professional manner.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with other team members to enhance scheduling processes and improve overall departmental efficiency.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with additional administrative tasks as necessary to support the service department’s operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or customer service roles, ideally within the medical field or a related industry.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with medical equipment and related machinery is a plus.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to interact professionally with both customers and team members.
- **Work Ethic**: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- **Customer Service Commitment**: Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
