**Summary**:
The Operations Coordinator is tasked with provide reliable and efficient support for properties in the assigned portfolio, including interfacing with various external service providers and team members as directed. Additionally, this role is to facilitate continuous improvement in office systems, administration and procedures to ensure an efficient and productive operating environment. They communication bridge between technical building operations and property management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver excellent service to clients;
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with tenants;
- Provide the highest quality of care and service to tenants (the Canderel “TLC” program);
- Assist in organizing special activities and programs to add value to the tenant’s experiences at the property;
- Conducts themselves in a professional/ethical manner as a cornerstone of our activities;
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial information for properties, working with accounting;
- Assist in the preparation of tenant chargeback quotations and obtain sign-off from tenant prior to commencement of any requests or project;
- Issue Purchase Orders as requested, track and record work completion adequately to allow resulting invoicing approval;
- Assist the manager with the administration of all tenant construction and ensure compliance with Canderel’s tenant Construction; Manual for the property;
- Update Construction and Tenant Manuals as needed;
- Track contract expirations and renewals;
- Provide Administrative Assistance;
- Assist with daily operations and building administration responsibilities;
- Responsible for managing and updating the Angus Anywhere Tenant Request system (including COI);
- Communicate and coordinate building operators to ensure tenant concerns are addressed promptly and accurately;
- Independently respond to basic customer inquiries and escalate complex queries to the appropriate person;
- Prepare communications to clients/tenants as required;
- Assist in administering and organizing service contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions;
- Assist in establishing and ensuring management and tenant files are maintained.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 1+ years related property experience with commercial properties;
- Intermediate/Advanced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
