**LAMEER MANAGEMENT** is looking for a reliable and organized property administrator to join our growing team in a full-time position.
**ABOUT OUR COMPANY**:
- LAMEER MANAGEMENT is a Montreal based property management company specializing in residential and commercial third-party management
- Established in 1996, LAMEER MANAGEMENT manages over 50+ residential apartment building and several commercial real estate properties
- LAMEER MANAGEMENT has established a strong reputation in providing quality service and has built, developed and maintained long-term relationships with our clientele.
**JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for the full accounting cycle of the properties (Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, preparation of bank deposits, etc.)
- Preparation of residential leases for new tenants
- Preparation of standard letters and communications to the tenants
- Receiving and responding to tenant inquiries in a timely manner
- Weekly communication with property managers and property owners
- Monthly reporting using property management accounting software (training will be provided)
- Preparation of annual OPEX and escalation billings (for commercial properties)
**QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILL SET**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper / accounting technician (or similar role)
- Strong communications skills (both verbal and written)
- Bilingual - French and English
- Strong organization and administrative skills
- Strong computer skills and high level of competence in Microsoft Office
- Previous experience with residential/commercial real estate is an asset
**COMPENSATION / WORK CULTURE**:
- Full time employment (35 hours / week)
- Hourly pay - $23 - $28 / Hour
- Located in Cote-des-Neiges - indoor garage parking included
- Two weeks’ vacation
- Summer hours
**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
