**ABOUT US**:
Dr. For Moms Perinatal and Pediatric Health Centre is a well-established and growing multidisciplinary company currently looking for the newest member to join our sisterhood of practitioners. If you are interested in helping support **women** both **pre/post-natal, pediatrics & families**, working in natural healthcare and with a group of like-minded women who support one another this job is for you

**POSITION DETAILS**:
We are looking for someone who is not afraid to go out of their way to make a person's day

The position involves high quality customer service, hands on support for moms and their kiddos, reception duties (telephone communication, computer scheduling, patient billing, accepting payments, cash-out), knowledge of Jane software is an assest but not mandatory ( we will train you) managing patient flow, and patient follow-up in a family friendly environment. Experience in a chiropractic and / or physical therapy center is not required but beneficial.

We need a high-energy individual who thrives in a busy team environment. They must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as impeccable phone etiquette. Someone who is friendly, understanding, supportive and accommodating to the needs of our practice members, and the team members. An outgoing self-starter, respectful, resourceful and possess the ability to problem solve with an ‘I’ve got this’ attitude.

**HOURS**:
Monday - Saturday (Flexible hours & evenings)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
