**Chiropractic Receptionist & Chiropractic Assistant**

Job Summary:

- Complete **reception** duties of the clinic (greeting, arriving patients, sending patients to appropriate rooms, room management, answering phones, completing patient recalls, billing, booking and light cleaning, among other duties) alongside co-worker.
- Complete **assistant** duties: laser therapy and spinal decompression (training provided).

Available Hours: TBD

Weekly hours may vary based on clinic needs
- Must be able to demonstrate strong **customer service** skills
- Have a knowledge of **Jane** software or other similar health care billing/management software is an asset
- Have prior **chiropractic** or **physiotherapy** experience
- Have knowledge of **human anatomy**:

- **Third party billing** portal experience for example Sun Life, Blue Cross, Telus Health, Provider Connect
- Some flexibility with hours

**Skills**:

- **Able to Multitask** :Maintain the flow of a high volume clinic including: room turnovers, incoming and outgoing patients, answering calls and appropriate billing tasks
- **Adaptable**: Balance the needs of the clinic, practitioners and patients as they arise by changing your priority list on the go
- **Detail oriented**:

- Knowledge or interest in **chiropractic**:

- Knowledge of **social media** platforms
- Take the **initiative** to complete daily tasks
- **Strong communication** skills
- **Work individually and collaboratively**

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Human Anatomy: 1 year (preferred)
