**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team. As an Automotive Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting our valued customers with their automotive parts needs. Your expertise and professionalism will help maintain our reputation for exceptional customer service and support our busy parts and service departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their automotive parts inquiries and orders.
- Offer expert advice and recommendations on the appropriate parts and accessories for their vehicles.
- Efficiently and accurately process technician's parts requests, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure the timely and efficient completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and courteous manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an automotive parts advisory role is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
- A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to stay current on automotive trends and parts.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a vehicle.

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON M9B 1B8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
