**Job Overview**
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between customers and the automotive service department. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and facilitating smooth vehicle maintenance and repair processes. Pay to be negotiated on experience and performance.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Provide detailed explanations of necessary repairs and services to customers
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
- Place order for parts
- Liaise with mechanics to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs
- Prepare invoices, collect customer credit card payments
- Maintain customer records and service history accurately
- High volume data entry
- Answer phone, relay calls and messages
- Provide administrative assistance to CEO as required

**Experience**:

- Mechanical knowledge is preferred but not required
- Proven experience in sales, or customer service roles
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is a plus

**Skills Required**:

- Organized
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate (good typing skills, knowledge of basic keyboard shortcuts, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Word & Outlook
- Works well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn
- Experience with Quickbooks desktop an asset (will train)

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON M8Z 2S6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
