**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and provide accurate and detailed information regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs as well as educate customers on additional services, accessories, and maintenance packages to enhance their driving experience.

2. Service Recommendations: Consult with customers on recommended services based on their vehicle's needs and manufacturer guidelines.

3. Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage service appointments, ensuring the smooth flow of the service process.

4. Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles, including estimated completion times and any additional required services.

5. Documentation: Accurately document customer concerns, service requests, and recommendations in the dealership's system.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with the service and parts departments to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications:
1. Automotive Knowledge:*Strong understanding of automotive systems, maintenance, and repairs.

2. Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with customers.

3. Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

4. Problem-solving: Proven ability to identify and address customer concerns, providing effective solutions.

5. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with other team members.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
