**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, including ordering supplies and office organization
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including store files, company documents, and confidential information
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital
- Provide support with event planning, including coordinating meetings, conferences, and other company events
- Manage and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, photocopying, and scanning

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient/experienced in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
