The Bemac Collision Group has an immediate opportunity for a Parts Coordinator to join their team in a well-established, progressively growing group of companies. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, The Parts Coordinator is responsible for most delays in the Collision Center, this department’s efficiency influences shop productivity and profitability but also Customer satisfaction.

**Reports to The Operations Manager**

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Inform Parts suppliers about the Parts policy
- Mirror Match each part without exception using pictures, parts
- Conduct accurate data entry of vendor invoices, and monitor the price difference
- Carefully monitor parts for inaccurate parts or freight damage and develop a system for billing accordingly. Even if the damage is relatively minor, over the course of time the potential income can add up to a considerable sum of money.
- Inform the Production Manager immediately when damaged or inaccurate parts is received so it is reordered
- Always label every part with the appropriate repair order number or part label to simplify the identification and return process when necessary.
- Keep accurate records by documenting all pertinent information by updating management in the system, computer or both
- Store parts in appropriate bins until the production manager asks for them to be delivered to the technician
- Fill and identify parts cart according to standard and deliver to technicians when required
- Use parts carts for moving large parts orders quickly and easily. Parts carts will also make tracking parts simple by keeping the entire order with the job until delivery.
- Maintain a complete inventory of the necessary nuts, bolts, clips, fasteners, and specialty items
- When parts cart is returned, dispose of what is left on, either throw or return parts
- Conduct regular maintenance of the parts room in a neat, clean and organized manner
- Create 3M invoice

**Skills and Experience**:

- 1+ years’ experience in Parts Department operations
- Basic understanding of financial principles relative to Parts Department operations
- Ability to analyze and interpret internal reports
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively lead and work as a member of a team
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
