Body Shop Parts Coordinator

**Job description**
Carling Motors is currently seeking a skilled and motivated **Body Shop Parts Coordinator **to join our growing team. We are a busy dealership and are looking to expand our dynamic team. **Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Order all parts as indicated on the repair orders
- Receive all parts delivered, inspecting the quality, correctness, and quantity of parts received
- Accurately identify parts necessary to complete repairs in the shop
- Enter all parts into the Management (Body Shop Connect)
- Label all parts by the R.O.# and store them with the vehicle or Parts Bins
- Properly return parts for credit to the appropriate supplier
- Manage all part credits and ensure they are received in a timely manner.
- Manage vendor agreements when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized parts area
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in automotive parts coordination or related roles.
- Familiarity with various vehicle models and their parts is a strong asset.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems.

- parts management: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
