**YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IF**:

- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a parts coordinator position.
- You hold a DEP, DES, DEC or AEC.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You have autonomy, good sense of priorities and good ability to work in a team.
- You are bilingual (French and English, spoken and written); (an advantage).
- You are proficient in Windows software.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Respond to requests for customer parts.
- Welcome customers who come to the counter.
- Create quotes for parts sales.
- Follow up and submit reminders regularly.
- Support part submissions when the contract includes only parts.
- Do price research for new coins or coins with an old price in the system.
- Conduct ETA follow-up with suppliers as needed.
- Coordinate shipments of parts between the customer and the warehouse (by use of packing slips).
- Understand the company’s sales price calculation to maintain margins.
- Understand the calculation of the selling price to maintain the targeted margins.
- Bill clients on a daily basis.
- Credit customers as needed.
- Invoice customers the price of delivery of parts.
- Responsible for the end of the month: closing all documents and corrections in billing, if necessary.
