**_ Job Brief_**
Our company is looking for a motivated and experienced Production Lead Hand to support our production team in achieving operational goals.

**_ Responsibilities_**
- Oversee all production retail/bulk lines
- Check labels
- Check quality of product
- Check product dates
- Set up production lines
- Oversee change-over to ensure the flow of production lines
- Communicate work orders from supervisors to other staff
- Report any equipment issues to the supervisor immediately
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Always keep work area clean and tidy
- Always wear proper PPE, as required
- Always work safely to Occupational Health & Safety Act standards
- Always work safely and in compliance to food safety, GMP, and HACCP rules

**_ Job Terms_**
- Job Type: Permanent Full-time, 40 hours per week, adjustment pending on business need
- Probationary Period: 3-months or 480 hours, whichever longer
- Work Location: 2501-A Stanfield Rd, Mississauga ON, L4Y 1R6
- Shift Requirement: Must be flexible for morning or afternoon shifts, Sundays to Fridays
- Compensation: $19-$22 per hour
- Benefits: Group Benefits entitlement upon completion of probation time

- Previous related experience
- Knowledge in the food service industry, preferably the produce sector
